Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens in Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Panjabi, Tamil and Urdu

As Dickens’ 200th birthday anniversary celebrations draw to a close, ALAG are very proud to have been involved in the Cityread London / Dickens’ events throughout April 2012. As a momento and to mark the occasion we are making available the Oliver Twist summary which was translated into many languages and used to celebrate and raise awareness of Dickens’ work throughout London and particularly with hard to reach communities. ALAG hopes that you will enjoy using this valuable resource with your reading groups and outreach work and would like to thank Stellar Libraries and all the London library authorities that made these translations available to their customers.

To obtain your free summary please email: monnarizvi@googlemail.com or iqbalgulshan@hotmail.com and state which languages you require from the following: Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Panjabi, Urdu, Tamil
